Below are the vote changes in the above video. One important item which they allude to but do not spell out is "precinct reporting" changes which are hard to see on these screenshots they provided in the video.
Here are those precinct reporting numbers as they relate to the CNN vote totals above

The "mystery" begins to unfold at 9:12 when CNN shows that 15% of the precincts have reported in and a total of 1,097,691 votes have been reported. Then just three minutes later everything changes you will notice that at 9:15 CNN is now reporting that 12% of precincts are reporting and there is now a total of 870,449 votes counted for both candidates. Not only do we lose 3% of precincts, but 227,242 votes just disappear from Pennsylvania!
Again three minutes later everything changes again. At 9:18 we are now back up to 18% reporting with a total of 1,222,953 votes counted. What happened in that six minute period when we lost both precincts and votes then got them and more back again? Even if they put the missing votes from 9:15 back into the "mix" there are more votes than we had at 9:12 so another batch must have come in. First thing you will notice is that from the 9:12 update to the 9:18 one, Biden increased his votes from 711,014 (64.3%) to 862,627 (68.8%) while at the same time Trump's votes went from 386,677 (34.9%) to 360,186 (28.7%). In a six minute period Biden picked up 151,613 votes while at the same time Trump lost 26,941. Biden's margin increased from 29.4% to 40.1%. But before this happened 227,242 votes just vanished.... or were they redistributed?
Then votes were added in three consecutive CNN updates, so that just seven minutes later at 9:22 the total precincts were now up to 19% and the total votes were now at 1,293,745. This would mean that in those seven minutes between 9:15 and 9:22 on election night 423,296 votes were added to the CNN talley. No problem, a lot of precincts came in and CNN reported them, right?
But then just three minutes later the bottom fell out....again. Inexplicably, at 9:25, 8% of precincts disappear and that 9:22 total of 1,293,745 votes goes down to 788,351, a loss of 505,394 votes!
Live on CNN, on election night, more than a half million votes just vanished. They are now showing 82,098 less total votes than they were reporting just ten minutes earlier when they lost votes the first time.
Then, again, they began to put them back in. When we end this little magic trick at 9:32 we are again at 12% of precincts reporting as we were after the first disappearing act. Here is a comparison of what these two different 12% of precincts got us.

In just seventeen minutes there was a 22,635 vote swing that, at the very least, is a mystery involving subtracting votes and precincts then "magically" adding them back in(?) This altered the vote count in Pennsylvania in an abnormal and suspicious manner. This was all captured live on CNN as it happened on election night, yet i have yet to see an explanation for it.
I am sure there is a simple explanation for this...though nobody has bothered to give it. I have no idea what would account for this, and someone should explain. Nobody is going to convince election fraud skeptics that there is not a serious problem when there are so many examples of what appears to be vote manipulation. I mean, we may just be simple minded people but;
When did subtraction become a major feature of counting votes?
Another aspect of this worth discussion,all this happened at the very beginning of election night, just as the votes began to "come in." Obviously these votes were tabulated and stored somewhere and then communicated via the internet. Does that in itself not prove that the votes were susceptible to hacking and manipulation from the outside?
Finally there are other examples of these TV mysteries both on CNN and other outlets. The footage should be viewed and explained for every such example. Now it is being left to "people on the internet." It needs to be done by authorities or at the very least organizations with the resources to pursue it.
I mean something very suspicious happened here, afterall I saw it on TV, on CNN no less, it's got to be true.

The Center for Civic and Tech Life is the Zuckerberg (Facebook) funded organization that played so much influence in this election. Edison Research is the organization which provides exit polling and the election day data through NEP to news organizations, including CNN.
